Note – I am no longer collecting comics, but I was made aware that Adam-X makes “an appearance” in Knights of X #4 and was graciously sent screenshots.
For the event of the story – I am unclear, I just know that several mutants enter a realm called Mercator – that has something to do with the Siege Perilous. And when doing so, one of those mutants – Shatterstar (much like the others who entered) experience unique visions – and Shatterstar sees himself returning to what appears to be Mojo World where he is set to fight Spiral, Adam-X, and Rictor – until Rachel Summers pulls him away, revealing what he sees is not real.
So while, not officially a real appearance of the real Adam-X, and an illusion – I am documenting it here as an “appearance” of Adam-X, and three panels no less (and in the proper attire).
