• The battle against the Ten Children of the Circus continues
• The Children – having revealed to be Succubi and Inccubi
• The one that adopted the name “Henry” lunges at Ragnaroc with his claws, raking into Ragnaroc’s flesh
• The one called Dog claws for Korra but misses
• Several of the casters in the center do not move to attack the party, but focus on casting their ritual of summoning
• Ragnaroc being a warlock and familiar with demonology realizes the casters must be stopped and lands an Eldritch Blast that strikes May (one of the casters), which he uses Repelling Blast – knocking her 10 feet back
• However, his second blast critical fails – and ends up striking Korra, which also damages her and knocks her diagonally ten feet as well – which was kind of beneficial, as it shoved her away from Dog and Glory, who had been on each side of her
• Buppido casts Flaming Sphere and centers it around the casters, slamming it into Tolo who manages dodge out of the way, but still takes partial damage
• Clem takes a swing at Buppido – but Buppido is able to get a Shield spell up which prevents Clem from being able to strike him this time

• Sephrenia manages to cast Cure Wounds (healing him for 19 points!)
• Glory moves down and tries to kiss Don Kannin to charm him (despite his Elven blood granting him some advantage) – but it’s not needed because Don rolls a Natural 20
• Adrian comes up with a plan to run to the center of where the casters – and casts Channel Divinity to Turn Unholy

• The benefit is – Tolo, May and Cali were the three primary casters – creating a major delay in the Summoning as Tolo, May and Cali flee to the north of the interior of the tent
• Adrian then commands Ms. Claws to attack Dog, and Ms. Claws lands a Critical Hit (Natural 20!) killing Dog
• Henry, Clem and Glory begin to look panicked about how this is all turning out – especially when Dog goes down
• Malek, the Cyclops – runs up and takes two swings at Adrian; the first one misses, but the second one lands a hit – delivering some heavy damage (19 damage)
• Henry leaves from being engaged in combat with Ragnaroc – which allows Ragnaroc and Buppido to attack – Buppido hits – but due to his weak damage, does 0 damage and Ragnaroc misses
• Henry attempts a inflict some psyche damage on Adrian but Adrian manages to avoid it
• Lilly moves up to take the place of one of the casters taking some minor fire damage from the Flaming Sphere
• Don disengages – and moves around to get out from being flanked – and commands Jackson to attack Glory, which he’s able to do successfully
• Ragnaroc fires at Lilly and manages to hit her, moving her 10′ feet also
• Buppido does Poison Spray and manages to hit Clem; and he notices that Clem doesn’t seem to take the full brunt of the poison damage
• Buppido then tries to slam his Flaming Sphere into Lilly who is able to avoid it but still take trivial damage from it
• Korra casts Fire Bolt at the Cyclops, however the spell goes wide
• Clem tries to Charm Adrian again, but Adrian once again shakes it off
• Sephrenia casts Guiding Bolt at Clem, however the spell goes wide – she uses her Inspiration and still misses
• Glory moves next to Adrian and attempts to Charm him
• Adrian fails – but uses his Inspiration – and meets it – beats it! So this time the Inspiration comes into use!
• Adrian moves to Malek and takes a swing and hits once; adding a divine smite for some additional damage, but on the second attack misses
• He calls over Ms. Claws who is able to sink her teeth into the bulbous Cyclops
• The Cyclops then swings his mighty club – and lands an incredible amount of damage (23 damage!), but thankfully the second swing misses, as the bloodied Adrian can barely stand from the amount of blood pouring from his wounds
• Henry sees Adrian bleeding, and takes a claw swing at Adrian, hoping to finish him off and break the effect on his brothers and sisters, but misses
• Don sees that the Cyclops is posing a major threat, and severely wounded – so he concentrates his shot at Malek with Sharp Shooter, killing Malek
• He then turns and fires his next Sharp Shooter shot at the bloodied Clem, and manages to finish him off as well
• Ragnaroc fires off two Eldritch Blasts; one missing, and one hitting – and once again, pushes Henry away from Adrian
• Just then – on the left side – something comes bursting through the tent – the animals which Dog had commanded were now free – including the Behir!

• Massive in size, and said to be used to kill dragons – the Behir roars as it sees a tent full of those who had enslaved it – as well as people in the stands – everything in it’s sight is now considered food, for it has no allies here – only a hunger for flesh that must be sedated
• Buppido calls out in Draconic, “So glad you’re here! You were my favorite all along!”
• Despite the noise and chaos, the Behir replies in a growling, Draconic voice, “You said you would give me to the dragon!”
• “I was kidding,” Buppido calls back in Draconic, “It was a joke. Funny. Ha. Ha. Get it?”
• Buppido casts Suggestion on the Behir – which it fails – and Buppido suggests, “Help us against your captors!”
• Korra fires at Lilly, from stealth, and does enough sneak damage to put an end to the fiend’s life
• Sephrenia moves up to Adrian – against her better judgement of getting into the middle of things – and casts Cure Wounds on Adrian (and giving him 19 health back)
• Seeing that things are still going wrong – Bella maintains her position – but Glory, who is next to Adrian, swings and hits him for more damage; but Adrian returns the favor with Demonbane and hits her hard (for 17 damage) and expends a Divine Smite (and deals an additional 9 damage) and his second swing, however misses her
• Ragnaoc looks around and says, “Wait – if the cages weren’t strong enough to hold a Behir, what about the…”
• Don and Korra suddenly feel uneasy and ready to run
• As the Red Dragon, Searscale, shows up
• It rips a fiery breath – aiming specifically for Bella and Henry – hitting Bella (doing 51 damage, but being resistant – Bella takes half of that)

• The Red Dragon looks to Buppido, in Draconic and says, “I will honor your deal.”
• Glory and Henry, realizing that the summoning will not complete, because some of their brothers and sisters seem impacted by something that Adrian has done – so they know they have to take him down
• Don fires a shot at Glory, but manages to hit – and finally she’s bloodied
• Ragnaroc hits Henry with one of his Eldritch Blasts and knocks him back 10 feet away from Adrian and Sephrenia, and makes Henry bloodied
• Buppido fires a Poison Spray at Glory, who fails to move out of the way, but being resistant, she doesn’t take as much damage as she should
• Korra once again steps out of stealth and fires at Bella, and finally manages to make her bloodied
• To recover some health, Adrian uses Lay On Hands on himself
• To the side Searscale and the Behir are tussling, and the Behir has managed to begin wrapping itself around Searscale’s body
• Henry moves down to claw Adrian, but fails to hit
• Don commands Jackson to do the Help action on Glory; he hits dealing significant damage to Glory, with enough damage to take her down
• The portal in the center collapses within itself, and the ethereal demon screams in fury as it closes
• Ragnaroc hits Henry with one of his blasts, and Buppido follows up by using Poison Spray on Henry, which he’s not able to avoid – but he’s resistant to the damage it inflicts, but he is clearly near death
• Korra fires at Bella and misses and quickly moves back into Stealth
• Sephrenia fires her longbow, but misses, so she follows up by summoning a Spiritual Weapon which manages to hit Bella upside the head (I chuckled when Korra and Sephrenia both attacked someone besides Henry who at this point had only 2 hit points left)
• Bella moves down next to Buppido and attempts to Charm him, which he successfully ignores
• Adrian then swings at Bella, and misses the first time; but the second swing hits, taking down Bella
• Adrian commands Ms. Claws to take down Henry, and she manages to kill him by tearing into his neck
• Searscale and the Behir continue their fight; and while Searscale is inflicting plenty of damage on the Behir; the Behir does have it constricted which grants the Behir advantage on hitting Searscale; and soon, both are bloodied
• Don looks at the Behir and says “My Wrath, My Fury” – which marks the Behir as his sworn enemy – but both shots fire and miss the Behir
• Ragnaroc fires at May with his Eldritch Blast – and one misses, one hits – and slams her against the barrels – and awakens her from the effects of Adrian’s spell
• Korra fires her hand crossbow and hits May, dealing some damage
• May begins running for an exit; since she knows it takes four to complete the ritual (which has already been interrupted) and only three of them are still alive
• Sephrenia calls out to the dragon, in Draconic, says, “If you need healing, please let us know!”
• Sephrenia then takes careful aim and fires at the fleeing May, landing a Critical Hit (Natural 20!) and takes down May
• Tolo is able to get command of Ms. Claws and uses it to attack Buppido
• The party works on Tolo and Calli next, and eventually wear them down – and prevent them from escaping – but the battle between the Behir and Searscale takes a turn – as the Behir’s constriction and advantage allows it to land some crippling hits on Searscale
• With the Incubi and Sucubi defeated; and the demon banished back into the plane; the souls of the occupants returns to them – and they all awaken from a deep slumber
• This forces Sephrenia to keep up her promise – and she begins healing Searscale – which allows Searscale to stay in the fight – and eventually, the corpse of the Behir falls to the ground
• Searscale grips the Behir into its claws and says, “Our bargain is complete. You have helped me escape – and I have helped in attacking those who enslaved me – as well as this ancient enemy of my kind. We part now, not as allies – nor are we enemies.”
• The Dragon departs
• The party finds a number of magical items on the fallen Incubi and Sucubi
• As the search the rest of the carnival and find the main wagon – they find the ring leader in skeletal form – and realize he was tied to the demon – and that he was some form of demonic Lich
• The party also recovers 1,000 gold from the patrons who paid to come see the show
• The party splits the gold between
