Phalen – High Elf Cleric

Phalen comes from a line of family members who held high positions in the Church of Nifika, Goddess of Magic, revered spirit of the High Elves.

This structured life of religion has made Phalen polite and respectful to those she meets; however, as a High Elf, believing that her people were one of the First Races and direct descendants of the Goddess Nifika, there is also, at times, a sense of arrogance about her, that makes her honesty come across as very blunt.

Though she had not accepted life at the Church, like her family before her, that would change. During a scouting mission, Phalen and her crew had spotted members of the Cult of Dragons – who seek to bring the “Mother of Dragons” – an evil five headed dragon back into the world. Engaging in combat, Phalen’s best friend, Aragost, took an arrow for her and died in her arms. She cursed herself for not having taken part of the Church, because she knew, if she had – she would be blessed with Nifika’s magic – and she could have healed and saved Aragost.

Now she’s tracking down the Cult of Dragon members, some of which have sailed to the new continent after hearing of some of the riches and magic that’s been discovered. Booking passage aboard the “Starjammer”, Phalen gave pursuit…
