In these days of playing Dungeons & Dragons virtually due to Covid-19, I’ve taken my DMing to using Discord and Beyond20.
However, I’ve always bought my D&D Books as physical copies, never digital. In order to get the most out of D&D Beyond, I need to have a monthly subscription to the “DM Tier” – and also purchase the books digitally (default is just the SRD materials). As such, I have began the DM Tier subscription – and hope to purchase the D&D Books Digitally.
I already own quite a few hard copies of the books (Dungeon Master’s Guide, Player’s Handbook x2, Monster Manual, Volo’s Guide, Xanthar’s Guide, Mordenkanen’s Tome, Starter Set, Essentials Kit, Storm King’s Thunder, Princes of the Apocalypse, Hoard of the Dragon Queen, The Rise of Tiamat, Tales from the Yawning Portal, Ghosts of the Saltmarsh, Sword Coast Adventures Guide, Curse of Strahd, and Tomb of Annihilation at the time of this Patreon.
I’d like to purchase the books digitally that would enhance my player’s experience (Monster Manual, Player’s Handbook, Xanthar’s Guide and so on).
The Patreon helps me achieve that.
I only have two tiers – both low cost – the $1 tier is pretty much to help cover the monthly (once there’s over 5 patreon, it’s pays for that and the excess goes into purchasing new digital books on D&D Beyond) – and the $2 tier is just that – to help with the monthly and the excess going into the “pool” to purchase the next book.
